Love Letters to Me | Philadelphia Boudoir Photographer
A free, virtual community gathering held once a week. An hour dedicated to you spending time with you (alongside community).
One beautiful, intentional hour dedicated to you and only you.
Gardening, showering, reading, drawing, writing, walking, singing, cooking, dancing, stretching, eating, doing that thing you’ve been putting off (like calling the doctor or paying a bill). What will fill your cup? What will feel so so so fucking good to your heart and your soul?
We’ll gather via Zoom, I’ll guide you through a little loving grounding practice, we’ll each go off doing our own little thing while being with one another virtually. Then those of us who may want to share how it felt with the group can feel free to do so.
It’s free.
I want a space where I go in with curiosity and intention for connection, baby. What better way than to do that together?
Again — it’s totally free. Join my email list to be kept up to date!!
I can’t fucking wait.
Show Up for You.
Love Letters to Me is going to be laid back and simple. All you have to do is show up — this is a wonderful practice in building trust with ourselves.
I can’t wait to see what it might feel like to give myself time every week to log on and be in community while dedicating an hour to nourishing my brain and heart and body. I have a suspicion that it might be a game changer for me and how I show up not just with myself, but with my son, my work, and my relationships. The possibilities feel so fucking exciting!
Build a Menu
One of the most powerful tools I’ve used over the past 5 years has been a self-care menu.
It's exactly what it sounds like: a menu of things I can do to take care of myself. At the first Love Letters to Me, I’m going to actually use the hour to create a new self-care menu. As I’ve grown and gotten to know myself more and more over the years, my needs and desires have changes significantly. Not only that, but I’ve learned how to take time to feel into my body and what I might need or want. I didn’t always have the tools to do that for myself.
If you would like to build your own self-care menu, use your journal to brain dump things you love to do with and for yourself. It could be showering, going for a walk, flossing, stretching, etc etc etc.. Gather up some art supplies (could be as simple as markers and paper, or as involved as paints and collage!) and create a beautiful menu to peek at when you need some extra support but don’t know where to start.
See you at LLTM
